Talent on one side.
Requirements on the other.

We don't forward CVs. We watch people build, score the output against what a company actually asked for, and only then make an introduction.

Make yourself visible by building.

  • Hackathons — weekend builds, judged and archived
  • Cohorts — multi-week programs with mentors
  • Challenges — scoped problems from real companies

ABTalks

We run the programs, score the work, and match evidence to requirements. Profiles move only when the candidate releases them.

Hire from proof, or commission it.

  • Browse candidates by what they shipped
  • Send us the role and the skills you need
  • We build a cohort against that requirement

A requirement comes in

A company tells us the role, the stack, the level and the timeline. If a matching cohort is already running, we point at it. If not, we design one around the requirement.

02

People build in public

Candidates ship inside a cohort, hackathon or challenge. Every commit, demo and review is recorded, so the evidence is the work itself — not a claim on a résumé.

You see verified output

We rank candidates against your threshold and share the shortlist — with scores, artefacts and context. Profiles move only after the candidate consents.

Get to know the elements!

  1. Define

A company tells us the role, the stack, the level and the timeline. We scan live cohorts and the archive for people who already solved something close.

  2. Discover

A longlist is assembled from verified build history, not keyword matches. If a matching cohort is already running, we point at it. If not, we design one around the requirement.

  3. Connect

You meet a short list that has already cleared the technical bar. Scores, artefacts and reviewer notes travel with every candidate. We recommend the closest fit and explain exactly why. Profiles are released with consent, and the offer goes out.

What people are saying?

Don't just take our word for it. See what our members have to say about their experience.

The 60-Day Claude Challenge reshaped how I approach both AI and discipline. I learned prompt engineering from the ground up, but the real transformation was consistency. Sixty days later, I don't just write better prompts, I finish what I start.

SGSamridhi GuptaAxis Institute of Technology and Management, Kanpur

I wasn't looking for another certificate. I was looking for a new way of thinking. With over 20 years in IT leadership, stepping into Generative AI made me feel like a beginner again, and honestly that was the best part. The challenge may have ended, but my AI journey has just begun.

VIVivekIT Leader · 20+ years of industry experience

60 days ago, I used AI mainly for everyday questions. Today I use it to build complete projects, craft professional resumes, automate workflows, and solve real-world problems. It completely changed the way I think about and use AI.

LALakshay

I joined with curiosity, but also with doubts about whether I could stay consistent for all 60 days. To my surprise, I did it. This wasn't just a 60-day challenge. It was a journey that taught me consistency can turn uncertainty into achievement.

RKRida KhanAI Enthusiast

From exploring AI concepts to building production-ready projects, every challenge strengthened my technical skills and encouraged me to think like an engineer. Today AI isn't just something I learn. It's a tool I use to solve meaningful problems.

DSDevpal Singh Anand

More than just creating projects, I learned the art of prompt engineering: how to give clear instructions and solve complex problems step by step. ABTalks didn't just teach me AI, it empowered me to build the future with it.

NSNandika SharmaIMS Noida

Joining the ABTalks 60-Day Claude AI Challenge transformed my AI journey. I mastered prompt engineering, learned to build smarter with AI, and gained the confidence to solve real-world problems.

KGKomal GoswamiMPGI Kanpur

What started as curiosity about AI soon became a daily habit of learning, building, and improving. More than technical skills, I gained a growth mindset: the confidence to embrace new technologies and keep learning every day.

YSYashaswani SinghAI Enthusiast

I gained hands-on experience in prompt engineering, AI tools, automation, Git & GitHub, and building real-world AI-powered projects. Every challenge encouraged me to think critically, build with confidence, and continuously improve.

Frequently asked questions

Everything about cohorts, consent and how companies see your work. Still stuck? The contact form below reaches a human.

Most challenges are free to join. Paid cohorts are always priced up front, and anyone placed through the recruiter network never pays a placement fee.

An anonymised performance summary: score band, stack and cohort. Your name, contact details and repositories stay hidden until you approve the share.

Neither is required. Designers, data folks and career switchers run the same cohorts — the only requirement is that you ship something we can evaluate.

Yes. Send us the role, stack and timeline and we'll design a challenge around it, usually running within three to four weeks.
